Shipping and Handling
Lunch Box Solutions ships orders via Canada Post in almost all cases and we ship Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Pay close attention to the delivery estimates provided by the shipping calculator and choose the delivery time that most suits your needs. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs: store@lunchboxsolutions.ca
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our main concern at Lanky Lizards Baby Boutique. We gladly accept returns on unused merchandise within 30 days and we will exchange it or issue a refund (with a few exceptions noted below). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, with the exception of errors on our part or possibly in the case of defective items.
How to Return an item
If you have received your package and are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, just replace the item in its original packaging and make sure tags have not been removed and follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer service department by e-mail at returns@lunchboxsolutions.ca with the following information:
- Your name
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Item you'd like in exchange, if applicable
Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Code and a further instructions. Please do not ship returns without first contacting us and obtaining authorization, or there may be significant delays with processing your return.
Exceptions (No Returns Allowed)
- Merchandise that has used used, soiled or damaged
